1. Sponsor
The SunNutrition Performance & Longevity Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by SunNutrition, LLC, 696 S 5300 W, Hurricane, UT 84737 ("Sponsor").
The Giveaway is administered solely by Sponsor and is subject to these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor and its affiliated companies, agencies, contractors, and other parties directly involved in the development or administration of the Giveaway are not eligible to enter or win.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on [INSERT OFFICIAL START DATE AND TIME] ("Start Date") and ends on November 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time ("End Date").
Sponsor's computer systems will serve as the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Federal guidance emphasizes that legitimate sweepstakes must provide a free method of participation and that purchasing cannot improve a participant's chances of winning.
Primary Entry
During the Giveaway Period, visit:

Complete and submit the official Giveaway entry form with the requested information, including your name and valid email address.
A successfully submitted eligible entry constitutes one (1) primary entry into the Giveaway.
Limit one (1) primary entry per person/email address during the Giveaway Period.
Submitting both Giveaway forms located on the Giveaway landing page does not provide an additional primary entry.
5. Bonus Entries
Eligible entrants may earn additional entries by completing the following optional actions during the Giveaway Period.
Follow Bonus Entry: Follow @realsunnutrition on Instagram or the official SunNutrition Facebook page for one (1) additional entry.
Engagement Bonus Entry: Like the designated official Giveaway post and leave a comment answering:
"What does staying strong and healthy as you age mean to you?"
Completing the qualifying engagement action earns one (1) additional entry.
Bonus-entry actions are optional and are not required to receive a primary Giveaway entry.
Maximum number of entries per eligible person: three (3), consisting of one (1) primary entry and up to two (2) bonus entries.
Entrants must provide sufficient information for Sponsor to reasonably verify completion of a bonus-entry action if requested. Social media profiles or activity that cannot reasonably be verified may not qualify for the applicable bonus entry.
Sponsor reserves the right to determine the validity of entries and bonus entries in its reasonable discretion.
Sharing the Giveaway post, including sharing it to an Instagram or Facebook Story, is appreciated but does not constitute an additional Giveaway entry.
6. Entry Requirements
All entries must be submitted by the individual entrant.
Automated entries, entries generated by scripts, bots, macros, artificial means, bulk-entry services, or other methods designed to circumvent the intended entry process are prohibited.
Multiple entrants may not share the same email address for purposes of entering the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to manipulate the entry process, obtain entries beyond the permitted maximum, interfere with the Giveaway, provide false or misleading information, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.
7. Prizes
A total of three (3) prizes will be awarded.
Grand Prize — One (1) Winner
A one-year supply of Vascular Defense™ + MuscleSignal™.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,824.00
Second Prize — One (1) Winner
A six-month supply of Vascular Defense™ + MuscleSignal™.
ARV: $912.00
Third Prize — One (1) Winner
A 90-day supply of Vascular Defense™ + MuscleSignal™.
ARV: $456.00
Total ARV of all prizes: $3,192.00
The marketing materials may describe these values as over $1,800, over $900, and over $450, respectively, where consistent with the actual calculated retail values.
I strongly recommend calculating the exact ARVs before publishing these rules. Prize nature and value are material sweepstakes information and should be represented accurately.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or component with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
8. Winner Selection and Odds
Three potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period, including verified eligible bonus entries.
The drawing will take place on or about November 30, 2026.
The first eligible entry selected will be designated the potential Grand Prize winner, the second the potential Second Prize winner, and the third the potential Third Prize winner.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
The FTC identifies odds, or the factors determining the odds when they cannot be calculated in advance, as material information in prize promotions.
9. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified using the email address provided with their Giveaway entry.
Potential winners must respond within 48/72 HOURS of the initial notification unless otherwise specified by Sponsor.
A potential winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of eligibility and may be required to complete and return an eligibility declaration, liability/publicity release, tax documentation, or other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor and permitted by law.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, fails to provide requested documentation, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
SunNutrition will never require a winner to purchase anything or pay a fee to claim a prize.
That last sentence is worth keeping because prize-payment requests are a common impersonation/scam tactic.
10. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner.
Winners may be required to provide information reasonably necessary for Sponsor to comply with applicable tax-reporting requirements.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, likeness, photograph, city and state of residence, statements regarding the Giveaway, and/or prize information for reasonable promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes without additional compensation, subject to applicable law.
12. Email Communications and Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, communicate with entrants regarding the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, fulfill prizes, and for other purposes described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
Entering the Giveaway does not require a purchase.
Where an entrant separately elects or otherwise validly consents to receive marketing communications from SunNutrition, Sponsor may also send health and wellness content, product news, special offers, promotions, and other marketing communications in accordance with that consent and applicable law.
Entrants receiving marketing email communications may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those communications.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails after submitting a valid Giveaway entry will not invalidate an otherwise eligible Giveaway entry.
13. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to cancel, suspend, modify, extend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, platform disruption, force majeure, or any other circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.
If the Giveaway is terminated before the scheduled End Date, Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received before the termination, where appropriate and permitted by law.
Sponsor's decisions regarding eligibility, entry validity, winner selection, interpretation of these Official Rules, and administration of the Giveaway will be final and binding to the extent permitted by law.
14. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, contractors, and promotional partners from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses arising from or relating to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except to the extent such release is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive any rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
15. Instagram, Facebook and Meta Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each entrant releases Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any responsibility or liability arising out of or relating to the Giveaway.
Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Platforms, Inc. are not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway, selection of winners, fulfillment of prizes, or any representations made by Sponsor regarding the Giveaway.
16. Social Media Disclaimer
Entrants should be aware of fraudulent accounts impersonating SunNutrition.
Official Giveaway communications will come from SunNutrition through the contact information or official accounts identified by Sponsor.
SunNutrition will never require payment, credit card information, bank information, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or a purchase in order to claim a Giveaway prize.
17. Disputes and Governing Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Giveaway and these Official Rules will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Requests must be received by December 10, 2026.
Sponsor may also announce winners through its website, email communications, and/or official social media accounts after eligibility has been confirmed.
19. Official Rules
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant's agreement to these Official Rules.

If any promotional material, social media post, email, advertisement, landing-page copy, or other Giveaway communication conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules will control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
